A magical peach! An imprisoned boy! Insect friends! An incredible journey! This amazing adventure of James Henry Trotter will fulfill the fantasy of anyone who has ever dreamed of escape. Roald Dahl’s story comes hilariously to life in this delightful dramatization that reveals the wickedness of some, the goodness of others, and the indecision encountered by many when they are faced with crises.
Audition Information: Auditions are taking place in-person at Studio East. If you are unavailable to attend the in-person audition date, you may submit a video audition for this production. - PREPARE: One contemporary theatre monologue, not to exceed one minute in length.
- BEFORE YOUR AUDITION: Submit your audition form online including informal headshot photo and resume. Audition Form Link There is no need to bring it with you in-person as long as you submit before your audition.
Callbacks: Tuesday, February 8 6pm-9pm
- You will receive callback information no later than Wednesday, February 2, including what to prepare and what times to attend. If you don’t receive anything by Thursday morning, please reach out to cassiefitzgerald@studio-east.org
- All casting notifications will be made by end of day February 11.
