Seattle's Only All-You-Can-Eat Ice Cream Festival – Returning to Seattle Center July 8th & 9th, 2023. The festival offers all-you-can-eat ice cream from over 75 local and national ice cream brands, food vendors with a variety of options, live music, and other fun! Tickets are available at different price tiers–prices go up as the event gets closer. A speed scooper pass is available that allows guests to skip the line. Children who are being carried or are under 2 years old enter for free when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
