COVID VACCINATION/TESTING REQUIREMENT FOR SUMMER PROGRAMMING:
Effective June 20, 2022, all Youth Theatre Northwest participants will be required to submit either (submission instructions will be included with your registration):
1. Proof of vaccination (for participants five years of age or older), fully vaccinated means the final dose of vaccination was completed at least two weeks prior to the first day of a program. Proof of vaccination only needs to be submitted one time, through a secure portal.
OR
2. Negative Covid test (PCR or antigen) result for a test taken within 72 hours of the first day of a program (for programs spanning multiple weeks, Covid testing is required within 72 hours of the first day of each week).

If government guidelines change or if quarantine is required, these classes will automatically transfer to an online format.
