How Much Should I Donate?

• At a sold-out event, $25.00 donations per car will allow us to cover staff wages and licensing fees.
• We have recently had an influx of people donating $1.00-$5.00 to attend. Low donations will make it impossible for us to continue to afford the drive-in. Please consider that we are a small nonprofit organization struggling with the impact of COVID-19. We began this event as a way to offer our staff more hours after cuts due to the pandemic. Please help us support our hardworking staffers to the extent you are able

Event Logistics

• Gates open at 7:20 pm, the film begins at dusk (approximately 7:45). We recommend arriving early enough to grab concessions and get your spot.
• The film is located in the field behind our events center, across the street from our main park. Staff will be present to guide your car to its spot (cars will be arranged by size to allow for visibility).
• When you arrive, we will provide the FM radio station necessary to listen to the film.
• When leaving your car to get concessions, please maintain a six-foot distance from other guests and wear your masks!
• We cannot offer refunds on the day of the event. Please submit your requests at least 48 hours in advance.
• We have restrooms available in our events center
• Please, no dogs to avoid any disruptions (even Charlie the park dog has to go home once the film starts!)
