Fall Foliage Day is an event we hold annually in conjunction with the Rhododendron Species Botanical Garden’s Fall Foliage Festival.
Saturday:
Bonsai on view with their adorable fall foliage.
Trunk or Treat, from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon; come dressed in your Halloween costume for goody giveaways.
Viewing stones show & tell, with the Puget Sound Bonsai Association’s Northwest Viewing Stones Group, in our Pavilion, 10am to 3pm
Docent-led tours of the collection starting at 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm.
Pop-up shopping with a selection of Wazakura bonsai tools, kusamono, books, gifts, and more.
Fall art activities for kids and families.
FREE Admission to the Rhododendron Garden and their Fall Festival.
This event is free and open to the public. As always, we are open with admission by donation to allow access to enjoy our bonsai for everyone regardless of their economic circumstances. If you can donate (either in person at the Museum or here) to support the care of our collection and access for all, thank you! The suggested donation amount for adults is $12.
