Family Workshop: Abstract Recycling with the KCLS Makerspace

Join us in the BAM Forum for a drop-in Abstract Recycling craft workshop, hosted by the KCLS Makerspace Team! Turn 3D printing scraps into a colorful sheet of plastic you can cut into any shape, and design a mobile to hang in your home. This is a free family-friendly program designed for ages 6 to adult.

This program is designed to accompany BAM’s new exhibition, Evolving Abstraction: The Advancement of Abstract Painting in the American 1960s, opening April 27. This exhibit features the work of Freidel Dzubas, Paul Freeley, and Ralph Humphrey, highlighting their unique approaches to abstract color, composition, and form.
