Hands-On History! - Eastside Heritage Center

Join us for some Hands-On History at the Mercer Slough Environmental Education Center! For those who would prefer a hands-off experience, we’ll have grab-and-go activities available upon request. Best suited for kids ages 5-12. Presented by the Eastside Heritage Center in partnership with Bellevue Parks & Community Services.

+ What is it? - Test your knowledge of historical objects and learn about items from the past
+ Flying fish - Create a flying fish kite and learn about the history of the Japanese community in Bellevue
+ Butter Churn - Try your hand at churning butter and learn about other pioneer chores
