Helping Hands Hanukkah Drive - Stroum Jewish Community Center
Spread light to families in need this Hanukkah! The SJCC Mitzvah Corps and Early Childhood School are partnering with Jewish Family Service’s Chanukah Tzedakah Program to donate gifts and household items to the families JFS serves. Check out our displays in the lobby and Kidstown and select from the list of requested items. Then bring your unwrapped gifts back to the J from Nov. 21– Dec. 13. This is a wonderful way to help our community and to teach children about tzedakah (charitable giving) and mitzvot (good deeds).
