Vietnamese Favorites for Kids - PCC Community Markets Edmonds

Ages 8 to 12 | Kids love noodle bowls and Vietnamese flavors provide the building blocks for new cooks to learn new skills. Students will practice basic knife skills while preparing a healthy, delicious, Vietnamese-inspired meal that they can make on their own using minimal heat. Learn the elements that make Spring Rolls so delicious with Nuoc Cham dipping sauce. Make Bun Bo Xoa with Lemongrass by learning to prepare vermicelli noodles, vegetables, and herb garnishes for fresh and flavorful meal.
