We LOVE our Young Artists here at Art Studio 27! We offer Kids Art Club during the school year- once a week,Tuesdays or Wednesdays 3:30pm-5pm, for 5 consecutive weeks. We teach different mediums, crafts and give kids time to draw and practice their creativity! Teen Art Club is offered now on Mondays! 3:30pm-5pm, for 5 consecutive weeks. Ages: 11-14

Our Youth Arts Program was designed to give children the skills, encouragement and environment they need to explore and develop their natural creativity. Classes are taught by artists and fine art skills are emphasized. Although children are encouraged to use reference material to help them observe and understand their chosen subject matter, teachers strongly encourage work that reflects individuality and personal vision. Projects are chosen not only to refine each student's visual skills but to expose them to a wide variety of media (pencil, pastels, oil pastels, water color, scratchboard, sculpey, acrylic paint, etc.). Many of our students have been accepted at art colleges around the country

At Board & Brush Creative Studio, our goal is to turn you into a “DIY master” by educating you to understand and appreciate the beauty of raw materials—the wood, the knots, the color variations and the simple imperfections that will make your project unique. Distressing, sanding with the grain, and staining are a few of the important steps we will guide you through to make your personalized wood sign look as though it has been with you for years—like a vintage heirloom.

We don’t teach how to draw at our paint events, instead our Instructors are trained in our step by step methodology of using simple shapes, lines and brush strokes to create a painting or project. And, we encourage our artist to move around the room as they teach so there is both group and individual instruction.

After years of experience being creative as a set designer and spending years doing workshops in school settings, I decided to expand and offer these fun sessions for all kind of events. I have always craved to create and have so much pleasure to see people smile and joy at the end of the night.

Our mission is to provide educational, cultural and social services that reconnect Indigenous people in the Puget Sound region to their heritage by strengthening their sense of belonging and significance as Native people.

Photography, Hands-on

Using a step-by-step method (the simple to the complex), students understand what is needed in order to draw successfully. The techniques taught to students gradually assists in helping them become more independent as they move through the learning process. These techniques are traditional and classical in approach. Depending upon students’ manipulative skills, dexterity, and artistic experience, their program will be designed to their level of ability.

We have in-school and out-of-school programs for ages 11-24.

GCC is home to a range of free and fee-based classes, events and workshops for all ages. Classes range from youth athletics to book clubs. We also offer a free fitness room and drop in programs like basketball, volleyball and table tennis.

We teach introductory classes to most 2D mediums, such as painting, drawing, gel plate printing, embroidery, collage, encaustic, book making, color theory, and more!

The vision of Heart Art Studio is to empower budding artists of all ages with the creativity and confidence that will allow them to develop their own style and artistic voice.

Free and guided play builds a child’s social and academic development. At Imagine Children’s Museum, we promote the power of play: learning and growing by doing what every child loves to do best…play! Our interactive exhibits and activities encourage children chronologically (ages 1-12) and their families to role play, experiment, splash, think, wander and create together in a place where they can feel physically and emotionally safe.

Kay The Paint Lady is a full time Seattle based artist since 2016. She creates. She paints. She teaches. She parties. She's been sharing her love for all things art.

We offer a variety of weekly art classes (ranging from age 5 - 19) both in person at our Issaquah, WA studios and online via Zoom. From painting to pottery, all lessons are designed to exceed the National Standards for Arts Education, teaching the elements and principles of art and design along with art movements and the work of master artists. In addition to weekly classes, we also offer camps during school breaks and private parties on the weekends.

We offer classes in clay, art, digital art, drawing & painting, and more! Current offerings include: Adventures in Clay, Emerging Artists, Intro to Clay, Drawing & Painting Studio, and Exploring Art for Homeschoolers.

ShoreLake Arts offers many workshop opportunities every year for adults and kids to learn new art forms, pick up new skills, work with local professional artists, and create fantastic works of art.

There are a variety of classes offered which include academics, sports, arts&crafts, languages, and so much more. Lessons are adapted for students of all ages and all skill levels.

Experience the magic of glassblowing, available for ages 8 and up

We offer virtual educational enrichment classes via ZOOM for children in 1st-6th grades, Monday through Friday, five days a week from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM PST.

These 40-minute art appreciation lessons are designed for children ages 7-12. During the lessons we will immerse ourselves into the story of a wonderful artwork. We'll use our imagination and our thinking skills to figure out what is happening. And, then, we'll understand a little bit more about ourselves by empathizing with the characters.

On a weekly basis, we offer developmentally appropriate childcare and kids lessons that help foster friendships and help children learn about God. These occur from 4-5 pm on Sundays during service. We also are hosting a handful of summer events!

No previous painting or art experience is required - just come and paint the night away.

We offer a wide variety of sewing classes for makers of every level and ability, as well as other classes like painting, embroidery and more! We host frequent maker meet-ups so you can socialize with other creatives in a welcoming space. Check out our Makerspace rental to rent time in our studio.
