At Egg and Spoon Lacrosse camps players of all positions and skill levels have an opportunity to learn from some of the best coaches and players in the Northwest. Many coaches were former campers themselves, who now play at the Division 1, 2, and 3 College levels. Lacrosse is America's oldest team sport, dating back to 1100 A.D. It was created by the Haudenosaunee Indigenous peoples, in what now is New York and areas in Canada bordering the state. Join us in honoring, and growing, the "fastest game on two feet"!

Our camps generally break down with a third of kids new to the sport, a third who just finished up their first spring season, and a third who are experienced players. Our goal for camp is to provide opportunities to play lacrosse for fun!  As kids are finishing up a season, or new to the sport, summer camps give players the opportunity to try new things, make new friends and reconnect with old ones, and have a blast!
