Founded in 1971, the Feminist Karate Union is a non-profit karate school offering instruction in Shito-Ryu, a traditional form of Japanese karate, and self-defense. Class sizes are small, allowing instructors to give individual attention to all students. Our community is a safe, supportive place to develop strength, focus, and mind/body balance for kids ages 7 and up and adults of all ages.
Kids classes are held on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Adult classes are held most weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.
