IamMore Foundation is a nonprofit that organizes accessible, inclusive, and creative gatherings for youth navigating medical journeys. Our mission is to enhance the lives of children diagnosed with chronic conditions by creating opportunities to identify with their passion, rather than their affliction, and create community.

We know the positive impact that peers can have. Our community clinics for kids with disabilities include adaptive athletic, art, culinary, educational, and animal-assisted activities in which children can participate in their passion as a group.
