The most recently built section of the facility was completed in 1986, attached to the existing Ravenna Elementary School building. The new part of the building includes a lobby and full-size gym. Most of the programmable rooms are part of the school. The center also includes a multipurpose room with a kitchen, stage and teen room. Behind the building is an outdoor basketball court, tennis court, play areas, walking path, playfield, and a community garden.
Seattle Parks and Recreation community centers have a wide array of drop-in, virtual and in-person programs.
Options include basketball, fitness rooms, pickleball, ping pong, volleyball, creative ballet, music, karate, yoga, fencing, and so much more.
