Russell Wilson NFL FLAG Football offers co-ed youth Flag Football leagues for kids ages 4-14, and co-ed Touchdown For Tots for pre-school players ages 4 & 5, in the Puget Sound and Tri-Cities areas of Washington State.
Leagues run Spring and Fall in Bellevue, Bothell, Kent, Renton, Sammamish, Seattle, Tacoma and the Tri-Cities. Volunteer coaches lead a team of approximately 10 kids in a 60 minute practice and a 60 minute game on Sundays. We have certified Officials to Ref each game and opponents are same age kids from another team.
We are the premier Flag Football league backed by our Flag Ambassador Russell Wilson, the Seattle Seahawks, and the NFL.
Our League Locations play at various high schools in the area, and are subject to change weekly and seasonally to meet school district scheduling needs:

Bothell - Bothell High School, Woodinville High School
Kent - French Fields @ Kent Meridian High School
Renton - Renton Memorial Stadium, Lindbergh High School
Sammamish - Eastside Catholic School
